In - Home Design

Finishing Touches Design

This is perfect for local or surrounding clients who have a true style for design, but want a little help with finishing touches.

You can use this visit however you like. I will tour your home and help you put the finishing touches on any room. I can give open suggestions, or simply answer your questions and help guide you through a room.

We can discuss paint colors, floors selections, fabrics, furniture sizes and selection, accessorize, or rearrange pieces through your home to freshen things up.


Full Room Design

This is ideal for someone who needs help from start to finish. We will start with a  one hour consultation where you will show me through your home and decide what room you want to work with. This can be for one or multiple rooms.

After the initial consultation I will create a Pinterest board to share with you, and allow you to show me what items and styles you love. I will create a full design board for each room, and a room layout if it is needed. When completed I will present the design plans to you, and we will tweak them as needed.

If this is a renovation project I am happy to work with contractors to get the project done, or I can just do the design and you can arrange getting the design completed.

I am happy to come back for follow up to install the items and help you with finishing touches! Styling is truly the most exciting part, but can also be the most overwhelming for clients to do alone.

Virtual - Style

This service is perfect for the client who is not within driving distance, but still wants some styling and design help. The ideal client for this selection will be great at e - mail communicating and is able to help with some details, like room measuring and accessory styling. Sending pictures will be necessary, and videos or FaceTime will also be useful, but not necessary.

This will work a lot like a Full Home design but will take place virtually. You will receive a Pinterest board and relay pictures and feedback, then you will be presented your full design board, with a detailed source list and an execution plan. If it is needed you will also receive a room layout plan.

This can be somewhat challenging since there is more work on the clients end, but fun way to design a room!

Staging

Real Estate staging can brighten up a home and prepare it for the market. It is important to declutter and let buyer's imagine your home with their family in it. Both vacant and occupied homes can be staged. Please contact me for more information.

All the design choices will begin with a style survey that I will give you access to after you inquire services.
